Viking Nectar brings together two ways of seeing Denmark: the fairytale city of Odense and the northern landscapes shaped by water, wind and movement. The result is a collection made for tables, shelves and spaces that value a product with something to say.

H.C. Andersen Honey
Inspired by Odense, the city where H.C. Andersen was born, this is a floral, warm honey with a quiet sense of wonder. Every jar invites you to look twice at the ordinary.
Danish Comb Honey
Honey preserved in the bees’ own wax, close to the form they created. A simple, tactile taste of the northern shore — wax, honey, light and time.
Yggdrasil Hive Blend
Named for Yggdrasil, the world tree of Norse mythology, this layered blend brings together Danish honey, royal jelly, propolis and bee pollen for the modern table.
